Section 309.360 - Marathons(a) A race that is more than three-eighths of a mile long is considered a marathon.(b) An association may schedule a marathon race only when the kennel owners or trainers enter with the racing secretary a sufficient number of greyhounds that are capable of running the distance.16 Tex.
