Section 309.245 - Manure Removal(a) An association shall provide an adequate area for the placement of manure removed from the stalls.(b) An association shall promptly remove the manure from the stable area.(c) An association shall ensure that refuse from the stalls and other refuse are kept separate.16 Tex.
