Section 303.99 - Stakes and Other Prepayment Races - Breed Registries

If an official breed registry sponsors or accepts payments for a stakes or other prepayment race, the breed registry shall follow the procedures set forth in § RSA 309.298 of this title (relating to Stakes and Other Prepayment Races.)
