Section 94.27 - One-Year Extension(a) A registrant may receive a one-year extension to meet certification requirements by: (1) submitting a completed form approved by the department;(2) paying the applicable fee; and(3) submitting supporting documentation deemed appropriate by the department for extension under Texas Occupations Code, §RSA 1151.160<subdiv>(g)</subdiv>.(b) The extension will begin on the day after the original deadline for certification, regardless of when the extension is requested or on the discretion of the department.16 Tex.
