Section 92.20 - Course Provider Registration Required(a) A person must register with and receive department approval, pursuant to Texas Occupations Code Chapter 51, before offering a course.(b) To register as a course provider, an applicant must:(1) submit an application on a form approved by the department; and(2) pay all applicable fees.16 Tex.
