Section 90.91 - Complaints; Investigations(a) Upon verbal or written request from the department, a program provider, instructor, or any person associated with the program, must cooperate with the department and furnish requested information concerning any department investigation of a complaint.(b) If the department is investigating a complaint, the program provider must make available or provide to the department upon request at any reasonable time, any of its documents or records, including all records of any instructor or program provider, unless otherwise prohibited by law.16 Tex.
