Section 68.11 - Technical Standards and Technical Memoranda(a) The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation adopts by reference the 2012 Edition of the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), effective March 15, 2012.(b) The department may publish memoranda to provide clarification of technical matters relating to the Act, TAS, and this chapter.16 Tex.
