Section 65.30 - Waiver of ExaminationAn applicant for a Texas Commission who is licensed or commissioned in another state that has an examination substantially equivalent to that required by this chapter, as determined by the department, may obtain a commission without examination, if the person:
(1) submits a completed application on a department-approved form demonstrating eligibility; and(2) except for the examination requirement otherwise meets the requirements in Subchapter F.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 65.30
