Section 116.120 - Complaints(a) The commission has adopted rules related to handling complaints regarding standard of care pursuant to Texas Occupations Code § RSA 51.2031. These rules are located at 16 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 100.(b) A qualified person may assist the department in the review and investigation of complaints and will be immune from liability related to these activities pursuant to Texas Occupations Code § RSA 51.252. (c) The provisions regarding the confidentiality of complaint and disciplinary information are provided under Texas Occupations Code § RSA 51.254.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 116.120
