Section 116.40 - License Examination Requirements - General
(a) An applicant must pass a license examination to qualify for a dietitian license under this chapter.
(b) Pursuant to Texas Occupations Code § RSA 701.253, the examination required for licensure as a Licensed Dietitian is the examination given by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
(c) An applicant must meet the education and experience requirements under Texas Occupations Code § RSA 701.254 to qualify to take the licensing examination.
