(a) Pursuant to the authority under Texas Occupations Code § RSA 51.203, the commission shall adopt rules necessary to implement the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists program. Pursuant to 16 TAC § RSA 60.22, the department is authorized to propose rules.(b) The commission has adopted rules governing changes to the standards of practice rules pursuant to §51.2031. These rules are located at 16 TAC Chapter 100.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 111.140
