Section 111.23 - License Examination - Jurisprudence Examination(a) The department shall develop and administer a jurisprudence examination to determine an applicant's knowledge of the Act, this chapter, and any other applicable laws of this state affecting the practice of speech-language pathology or audiology.(b) The department shall revise the jurisprudence examination as needed.(c) All applicants for licensure shall submit proof of successful completion of the jurisprudence examination at the time of application, unless applying for an upgrade. The jurisprudence examination must be completed no more than 12 months prior to the date of licensure application.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 111.23
