Section 50.27 - Suspension or Cancellation of Seller Server Trainer Certificate

The commission, after notice and hearing, may suspend or cancel a seller server trainer certificate if the trainer fails to satisfy a requirement of § RSA 50.31 of this chapter or violates any provision of this chapter.
