Section 33.102 - Term of Suspension(a) The term of an emergency order issued under this subchapter shall not exceed 90 days.(b) The term of an emergency order is not tolled and the order suspending the permit or license remains in effect during any contested case proceeding against the permit or license holder.16 Tex.
