Section 33.70 - Scope and Applicability(a) This subchapter relates to Chapters 14, 16, 25, 28, 30, 32, and 69 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.(b) Except where otherwise specified, rules in this subchapter apply to all temporary events, including those requiring Temporary Event Approvals, Nonprofit Entity Temporary Event Permits, and File and Use Notifications ("event authorizations").16 Tex.
