Section 33.26 - Secondary Licenses, Permits, and Certificates(a) This section relates to Alcoholic Beverage Code § RSA 11.09 and § RSA 61.03.(b) Secondary licenses, permits, and certificates that require the holder to first obtain another license or permit expire upon expiration or cancellation of the primary license or permit.(c) A temporary license or permit expires on the date indicated on the license or permit or on the same date as the primary license or permit, whichever occurs earlier.(d) Fees for a secondary license, permit, or certificate will not be prorated or refunded.16 Tex.
