Section 33.23 - License and Permit Fees(a) This section relates to Alcoholic Beverage Code § RSA 5.50.(b) Each applicant for a license, permit, or certificate issued by the commission shall submit with the application the fee for that license, permit, or certificate that is listed in Fig. 33.23(b). (c) An applicant for a Nonprofit Entity Temporary Event authorization shall pay a fee of $50 per day with a two-day minimum, pursuant to § 33.78 of this title. The authorization must be in effect for all days that alcoholic beverages will be present at the temporary event location, from delivery to removal.(d) An organization that holds a private club exemption certificate permit under Alcoholic Beverage Code § RSA 32.11 is exempt from the requirement to pay a fee.(e) The commission shall review all fees at least once every four years and shall adjust fees as necessary.16 Tex.
