Section 22.122 - Interim Orders(a) In general. The presiding officer shall issue interim orders covering procedural and discovery matters, requests for interim relief, and such other matters as may aid in the conduct of the hearing and the efficient and fair disposition of the proceeding. Interim orders shall be written or stated orally on the record.(b) Interim and bonded rates. Interim and bonded rates are governed not by this section, but by § RSA 22.125 and § RSA 22.126 of this title (relating to Interim Rate Relief; Bonded Rates).16 Tex. Admin. Code § 22.122
