Section 18.7 - Excavator Marking Requirements(a) Prior to giving notice pursuant to § RSA 18.3 of this title, relating to Excavator Notice to Notification Center, an excavator shall mark, if applicable according to §18.3(c), the specific excavation area using white paint flags, or stakes, whichever is most visible for the terrain.(b) An excavator shall mark the area of excavation using intervals that show the direction of the excavation.16 Tex.
