Section 14.2701 - DOT Requirements(a) This subchapter applies to LNG transports as defined in this chapter used in the transportation and distribution of LNG.(b) LNG transports shall comply with the requirements of DOT specification MC-338 and the applicable parts of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 171 - 180.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 14.2701
