Section 14.2643 - Maintenance and Repair(a) The owner or user or both shall maintain containers, container appurtenances, piping systems, venting systems, and other components in a safe condition.(b) Repair or alteration of pressure relief devices and fuel lines is prohibited. Damaged pressure relief devices and fuel lines shall be replaced.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 14.2643
