Section 14.2020 - Employee Transfers(a) A licensee or ultimate consumer shall notify AFS by filing LNG Form 2016A and a nonrefundable $10 fee with AFS, or in lieu of LNG Form 2016A, submit the $10 fee and a written notice including:(1) the employee's name as recorded with the Commission; and(2) the last four digits of the employee's social security number.(b) Upon approval of the documents submitted under subsection (a) of this section and verification of the individual's active status, AFS will send a copy of the certificate card to the new employer.16 Tex.
