Section 1.53 - Request for Deposition(a) If the parties disagree on the scheduling or scope of a deposition, a deposition request and proposed deposition discovery order shall be filed with the Docket Services Section and the examiner will set the matter for consideration at a prehearing conference.(b) The deposition shall be returned to the Commission as provided in the APA, §2001.100.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 1.53
