Section 190.22 - Ineligible Recruiting Activities(a) The eligible applicant cannot receive GURI funds to recruit a distinguished researcher from another eligible institution in Texas.(b) The eligible applicant cannot recruit a distinguished researcher from a private or independent institution of higher education in Texas, as defined by § RSA 61.003(15) of the Education Code.10 Tex.
