Section 23.21 - Application Forms and Materials and Deadlines(a) The Department will produce an Application to satisfy the Department's requirements to be qualified to administer HOME activities. The Application will be available on the Department's website.(b) The Department must receive all Applications by the deadline specified in the NOFA.10 Tex. Admin. Code § 23.21
