Section 20.21 - Due Dates on Holidays and Weekends(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, if the deadline for a report falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal state or national holiday, the report is due on the next regular business day.(b) Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a special pre-election report required by this title or by Title 15 of the Election Code.
