Section 391.501 - Historically Underutilized Business Program

In compliance with Texas Government Code § RSA 2161.003, HHSC adopts by reference the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts' rules in Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Chapter 20, Subchapter D, Division 1 (relating to Historically Underutilized Businesses).
