Section 386.104 - Who funds and administers the assistance within the Federal Assistance to Individuals and Households Program?(a) FEMA funds and administers 100% of the Housing Assistance provisions.(b) FEMA funds 75% of the Other Needs Assistance (ONA) provisions.
