Section 386.101 - What does this chapter cover?This chapter covers provisions of the Federal Assistance to Individuals and Households Program, which was created by an amendment to the Stafford Act, the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, RSA 5121 - RSA 5206. The program:
(1) was implemented by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in October 2002; and(2) has two provisions of assistance: (A) Housing Assistance; and(B) Other Needs Assistance.1 Tex. Admin. Code § 386.101
