Section 382.127 - FPP Services for Minors(a) Minors must be provided individualized family planning counseling and family planning medical services that meet their specific needs as soon as possible.(b) The FPP health-care provider must ensure that: (1) counseling for minors seeking family planning services is provided with parental consent;(2) counseling for minors includes information on use and effectiveness of all medically approved birth control methods, including abstinence; and(3) appointment schedules are flexible enough to accommodate access for minors requesting services.1 Tex.
