Section 370.309 - Incomplete or Missing Information(a) HHSC or its designee sends a reminder notice to Applicants who have failed to: (1) sign the enrollment form;(2) return the enrollment form; or(3) complete the enrollment form properly.(b) If the Applicant does not respond to the initial reminder notice, HHSC or its designee will send a second reminder notice.1 Tex.
