(a) Every 12 months, HHSC redetermines if the member is still eligible to receive CHIP services.(b) If the CHIP member is pregnant and eligible to receive continuous eligibility, a renewal will be conducted at the end of the recipient's 12-month postpartum period.1 Tex. Admin. Code § 370.60
