Section 366.831 - Inmates of Public Institutions

An inmate of a public institution, including a jail, prison, reformatory, or other correctional or holding facility, as defined in RSA 435.1009 and § RSA 435.1010, is not eligible for Medicaid payment for Medicaid-covered services received while residing in the public institution.
