Section 358.413 - Spousal Impoverishment Treatment of Income and Resources

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission follows §1924 of the Social Security Act (RSA 1396r-5), regarding the treatment of income and resources for certain institutionalized spouses in institutional settings.
