Section 357.490 - Pre-Hearing Conference(a) On the motion of a party or on the judge's own motion, the judge may direct the parties to appear in person, by telephone, or by video conference for a pre-hearing conference.(b) A pre-hearing conference under this subchapter shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 166, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.1 Tex.
