Section 1660-02-12-.02 - BOAT DEALERS(1) Boat dealers who desire to administer the monitored TWRA examination must: (a) Make application to TWRA Boating Division to become a testing monitor.(b) Upon approval, the dealer must administer the examination via the TWRA-monitored internet website.Tenn.
