Section 1660-01-23-.01 - OFFICERS

Officers of the Wildlife Resources Agency, upon observance of violations of any of the wildlife laws under Title 70, and any rules and regulations promulgated by the Commission, may, at their discretion, issue warning citations to the offenders.
