Section 1340-01-13-.16 - FRAUDULENT APPLICATIONS(1) The giving of false information on an application for a driver license, instructional permit, temporary driver license, photo identification license or temporary photo identification license will result in the suspension of the license or permit.(2) Any person engaging in the acts above would be guilty of a criminal offense, and subject upon conviction to incarceration and fines.Tenn.
