Section 1240-06-14-.01 - VENDING MACHINE INCOME FROM FEDERAL PROPERTY(1) In the event the Agency receives income from vending machines on federal property which may or may not be in direct competition with a licensed manager, the Agency will be guided by 34 C.F.R. § 395.32 in distributing any such funds to a licensed manager. Any funds not distributed to a licensed manager shall be used by the Agency in accordance with 34 C.F.R. § 395.8 to pay for the managers' benefits package.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1240-06-14-.01
