Section 1240-06-10-.07 - DRUG-FREE ENVIRONMENT(1) The TBE vending facility is a drug-free environment. The manager shall not at any time participate in the use of illegal drugs. If there is reasonable evidence to suggest that a manager may be in violation of this section, the Agency may require that the manager undergo a drug screening at a location specified by the Agency and at the Agency's expense. If it is determined that the manager is using illegal drugs, an emergency situation may be declared pursuant to chapter 1240-6-6-.02.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1240-06-10-.07
