Section 1240-01-31-.05 - CERTIFICATION OF HOMELESS MEAL PROVIDERS

The Department is required by the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) to assure that adequate evidence exists for it to certify homeless meal providers as eligible to receive Food Stamp coupons. The Department will develop procedures to gather and verify such evidence.
