Section 1220-04-04-.36 - INSTRUMENT TRANSFORMER TESTS(1) Instrument transformers shall be tested:(a) Prior to initial installation.(c) Whenever an approved check, such as the variable burden method in the case of current transformers, made whenever the meter is tested, indicates that a quantitative test is required if the transformer will remain in service.Tenn.
