Section 1220-04-03-.41 - PRESSURES(1) Under normal conditions of use of water, the pressure at a customer's service connection shall be not less than twenty-five (25) psig.(2) Pressure outside the limits specified will not be considered a violation when the variations:(a) arise from the action of the elements;(b) are infrequent fluctuations not exceeding five (5) minutes' duration;(c) arise from service interruptions;(d) are from causes beyond the control of the utility.(3) Each utility shall, subject to the approval of the Authority, adopt and maintain a standard pressure in its distribution system at locations to be designated as the point or points of standard pressure.Tenn.
