Section 1220-04-03-.23 - CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS(1) For the purpose of this section, the word "complaint" shall mean objection to the charge, facilities, or quality of service of a utility concerning which an investigation is necessary.(2) When such complaints are made to the utility by a customer, the utility shall make a prompt and complete investigation and advise the complainant thereof.Tenn.
