Section 1220-01-01-.09 - REQUIRED NOTICES TO THE AUTHORITY(1) Each company regulated by the Authority shall furnish the Chair of the Authority with the name and address of the individual or office to receive notices from the Authority. Each company shall be responsible for making certain that such information is kept current, by promptly notifying the Chair of the Authority in writing as to the effective date of any changes.Tenn.
