Section 1200-37-01-.02 - APPLICABILITY OF THIS PART

This part shall apply to all primary care services offered in clinics, provided, however, that it shall not apply to:

(1) Applicants under the age of eighteen;

(2) Exempt services;

(3) Emergency Services, including emergency dental services; or

(4) Prenatal care.
