Section 1200-03-07-.09 - SULFURIC ACID MIST(1) Sulfuric acid plants of any type commenced on or before April 3, 1972, must not emit more than 0.500 pounds of sulfuric acid mist per ton of 100% H2SO4 produced, maximum one hour average expressed as H2SO4.(2) Sulfuric acid plants of any type commenced after April 3, 1972, must not emit more than 0.150 pounds of sulfuric acid mist per ton of 100% H2SO4 produced, maximum one hour average expressed as H2SO4.Tenn.
