a Interpolation of the data in Table 2 for the process weight rates up to 60,000 lbs/hr shall be accomplished by the use of the equation:
E = 3.59 P0.62 for P less than or equal to 30 tons/ hr
and interpolation and extrapolation of the data for process weight rates in excess of 60,000 lbs/hr shall be accomplished by use of the equation:
E = 17.31 P0.16 for P greater than 30 tons/hr
Where: E = Emissions in pounds per hour
P = Process weight rate in tons per hour
