Section 1175-01-.09 - SURRENDER OF LICENSE OR IDENTIFICATION CARDS

Any license or identification card which is revoked or suspended by the Commissioner shall be surrendered to the Commissioner within ten (10) days of the effective date of the revocation or suspension.
