Section 1120-11-.02 - RESPONSIBILITY(1) The Commissioner is responsible for providing and maintaining the basic standards and guidelines for implementing this chapter.(2) Appointing authorities are responsible for the proper implementation of this chapter throughout their respective agencies and are responsible for ensuring that all employees and supervisors are made aware of the provisions of this chapter.(3) The Appointing Authority shall notify an employee of the appeal process, if applicable, and relevant.Tenn.
